Past Flock Sire Influences
These stately fellows have been a huge part of our flock development over the years. Beloved by us, we treasured their influence on our flock and we are proud to continue their lines as we raise our young lambs. Each of these rams hold a special place in our hearts, especially those who have passed on.

Painted Rock Iram (4/2005 - 8/2016)
What a special boy! Iram gave us many years of service and produced outstanding off-spring each season. His lines included Culloden (lots of Fieldwood) blended with descendants of the Puddleduck, Brighton and the Evangelista flock, making him a very unique combination. Bring a sweet tempered fellow, Iram was our first choice for weaning buddies as the young rams were separated from their mothers. Iram seemed to 'train' them very well, allowing them to work out their differences along the way. He would step in like a protective father anytime a young ram was singled out by another group. He was always extra patient with his ewes, courting them gently and was never pushy or aggressive towards the flock or people. Rams like this only come along every so often and we feel honored that we were graced with his presence.
We'll never forget you Iram! Rest easy buddy...
